St. Alban's Episcopal Day School

Nancy is in her 4th year as Art teacher at St. Alban's. She has been a part of the St. Alban's family for 11 years, first as a parent and 3 years as a substitute teacher prior to becoming a staff member. Her home state is Iowa, but she has lived in several states prior to living in Texas. Nancy is married to Larry Popkes, and has 2 children, Bradley and Larissa, both are graduates of St. Alban's Episcopal Day School. Nancy and her husband have one dog named Spike. She was a Girl Scout leader at St. Alban's for 5 years, and has been a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America for the past 11 years. She currently is the committee chairman for Troop 36 in Harlingen. Nancy belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she teaches a Sunday school class.
